The BOCOTALKS series this month is unique in having multiple presenters explaining a new solution for your small business.     Tracy Hale joined Business Solutions in February of 2016 as a Benefits Advisor, assisting employers of all sizes with group benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Tracy also works with Medicare clients assisting with Medicare Supplements. Prior to joining Business Solutions, Tracy worked at Brandon Oaks Retirement Community for 10 years as the Director of Human Resources and has 20 + years of Human Resources experience. Tracy has served in multiple capacities and now serves on the Boards for the Roanoke Valley Society for Human Resource Management, The Salem Roanoke County Food Pantry, Hope Tree Family Services, Healing Wheels, and The Salem Rotary Club. Tracy Hale is a 2002 graduate of Emory & Henry College holding a bachelor’s degree in communications.
